Fossils Meganthropus paleojavanicus first discovered by Von Koenigswald in sngiran, solo river valley in the year 1936-1941. This fossil comes from the lower Pleistocene layer. Meganthropus have a sturdy body and a large and powerful jaw.
Peacock life by collecting food. Their food was mainly derived from plants and fruits. Some experts consider that Meganthropus actually a Pithecanthropus with a big agency.
