martabak sweet brown cheese

Recipe below is for martabak sweet brown cheese

Sweet Martabak Material:
- 250 g self-raising flour
- 5 gr yeast (Fermipan)
- 175 ml warm water
- 2 eggs
- 1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 150 gr sugar
- 200 ml coconut milk Kara

Sweet Martabak Contents:
- grated cheese
- meisjes
- Sugar
- Sweetened condensed milk

How to Make Sweet Chocolate Cheese Martabak:
1. Mix coconut milk with warm water and stir until evenly distributed.
2. Enter the yeast into the coconut milk is still warm, stir until dissolved, then set aside.
3. Mix flour and sugar, make a hole in the middle, put the eggs into it.
4. Mix well, pour a solution coconut milk little by little, until sugar dissolves, put baking soda, stirring constantly until blended until dough is smooth.
Allow 30 minutes in warm place until dough becomes 2X tall.
5. Heat a heavy skillet to martabak.
6. Spread margarine, pour the batter into it 3 / 4 pan.
7. Cover the pan martabak until half cooked, sprinkle with granulated sugar.
8. Close again until the surface dried and the outer layer become crispy brown. Remove and place on cutting board.
9. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the surface, then sprinkle grated cheese and chocolate.
10. Martabak Cut in half, fold and trim, Spread margarine.
